Bamboo yoga class

All levels welcome Bamboo Yoga with Sofiah strength, flexibility & grace A Vinyasa flow fusion Connect with your breath, body and creative spirit as we groove bamboo style in an upbeat Bamboo meditative flow.  The foundation of this class lies in Hatha, Ashtanga and Tantric yoga.  Bamboo yoga increases flexibility, core strength, grace and the ability to withstand adversity.

Core class with Kelley Finding your center ~ Improving Core Strength, Stability, Balance and Coordination, lengthening tight muscles and strengthening weak ones.   Using aspects of mat Pilates and exercise ball (Bring a Yoga ball if you have one, loaners available)

TempleBody Dance with Sofiah A fusion of ancient Indian Temple Dance, belly dance and tantra yoga.  Offering an opportunity for women to connect with the divine sensual feminine through our own unique expression. 

Creative Yoga Dance with Kids with Sofiah  Join us for this expressive yoga and dance class for kids in the Bamboo playground.  Parents welcome.

Fairy Ballet for kids with Tatiana Join Tatiana, a mother of two for this creative and fun ballet class for kids.  Tatiana infuses her class with her extensive background in ballet and her love of dance and expression.  Parents welcome!

African Dance with Tatiana (This class is on hold until November)
Explore who we are as creators through African healing dance.  African dance represents a direct way to celebrate life and to create healing from the movements of nature, animals and elements. Capoeira with Melissa Chapman Come and learn the basic moves of Capoeira, a gorgeous ancient Brazilian martial art disguised as a dance.  Get ready to train your body, increasing your strength and flexibility. Sliding scale 3,000-5,000c
