Held on the full moon. It is time to dance ! To come together as women in a supportive and creative circle. Sofiah will guide you in a movement journey from the quiet space within, to ecstatic expression and back to stillness.  Let us let go  of all that does not serve us & call in with the power of the moon what we want to create in our lives.
